Bartender

Requirement

Expertly prepare classic and signature cocktails, as well as mocktails

Have solid knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits

Maintain cleanliness and proper preparation of garnishes, ice, and glassware

Keep the bar area consistently clean and well-organized

Monitor stock levels and inventory; notify management when reordering is needed

Serve alcohol responsibly in accordance with UK law (including Challenge 25 policy)

Confidently handle cash and process card payments

Comply with Health & Safety and Food Hygiene policies at all times

Work well as part of a team and provide excellent customer service

Preference (for all positions) will be given to candidates  with

• Essential qualification or skill
• Years of experience or industry knowledge
• Strong communication/teamwork/leadership skills
