Management Trainee

Requirement

Work closely with the Group CEO to understand daily operations, strategy, and leadership expectations.

Rotate through key departments to learn about front-of-house, back-of-house, event planning, and customer service.

Assist in training and supervising staff after the initial learning period.

Support in ensuring high standards of service, hygiene, and compliance.

Take part in meetings, reporting, and performance analysis.

Contribute to problem-solving, process improvement, and team development.

Preference (for all positions) will be given to candidates  with

• Essential qualification or skill
• Years of experience or industry knowledge
• Strong communication/teamwork/leadership skills
